Again, ordered it anyway without knowing the cost. I wanted a couple of enchiladas a la carte as well, there was no option on the menu for that either that we could find. We mainly went there to order a large cheese dip and salsa to-go, we couldn't find it on the menu at all, so we ordered it anyway without knowing the price. When I visited El Paraiso Acapulco this evening to order food to-go, the gentleman that took our order was not particularly pleasant, but I wouldn't say rude. For the same reason I also go out of my way to be extremely polite, pleasant, and try to be as easy to deal with as possible when I eat out.
We politely asked if we could have a few extra bags of chips, we told her we would pay for them of course, and asked if we could have the salsa that we ordered. The large cheese Dip is close to 18 oz, and we knew that the 1 tiny bag would not be enough. Containers of salsa, and 1 tiny bag of chips. A female employee brought our order out in the to-go boxes on a tray, 2 boxes of food, two 1 oz. The total was $24 and some change, we tipped $5.
I'm sorry but I feel this place is overpriced, I know places where I can get the same size cheese Dip and salsa for much less, and they are always willing to give me plenty of chips! Like how do you expect me to eat almost $20 worth of dip with 1 tiny bag of chips?! Anyway, I could honestly deal with being overcharged if the food is good enough, but I don't like the way that person acted toward us so we're not going back.Chile Con Queso. I felt like I did something wrong because they failed to charge us for something that we ordered. After she came back from getting the extra chips and the salsa, that is when she started to be rude to us for no reason. She said that they had not charged us for the large salsa when we payed before, so she rang us up.
Add fajita beef or fajita chicken for an additional charge. Add ground beef for an additional charge.
